Welcome to Ironhorse Coffee! By using our website and placing an order, you agree to the following terms.

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

1. Orders All orders are subject to verification and approval. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for fraud, suspicious activity, or errors. Orders are processed quickly — changes or cancellations must be requested within 2 hours of purchase by contacting hello@ironhorsecoffee.com.au

2. Payment Payment is accepted via the methods displayed at checkout. You must provide accurate billing and shipping information. Chargebacks raised without contacting us first may delay resolution.

3. Shipping & Delivery We use tracked, secure shipping. Ironhorse Coffee is not liable for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by couriers, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

4. Returns & Refunds Coffee is perishable. We do not accept returns for change of mind or taste preference. Damaged, incorrect, or faulty orders can be replaced or refunded within 7 days of receiving your order. Photo or video evidence of the issue is required. Full details are outlined in our Refund Policy.

5. Subscriptions Subscription orders can be skipped, changed, or cancelled before the next billing date. Once processed, they follow the same returns and shipping policy.

6. Intellectual Property All content on this website — including images, text, and logos — is the property of Ironhorse Coffee. You may not use, copy, or reproduce our content without prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability Ironhorse Coffee is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We are not liable for issues outside our control, including courier delays, weather events, or lost packages.

8. Privacy We respect your privacy and handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. By using this site, you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of Australian courts.

SHIPPING POLICY

Every Ironhorse Coffee order is roasted fresh after you place it. Please allow 1–3 business days for roasting and dispatch.

Shipping Rates

  • Standard Shipping (Australia-wide): $9.95
  • Express Shipping (Australia-wide): $15.00
  • Free Shipping on orders over $99

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Metro areas (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth): 2–4 business days
  • Regional areas: 4–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary during peak periods.

Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your coffee on its journey.

International Shipping We currently ship within Australia only. International shipping is coming soon — sign up to our mailing list to be notified.

Lost or Delayed Parcels If your parcel hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us athello@ironhorsecoffee.com.auand we'll investigate with Australia Post on your behalf.
