REFUND POLICY

At Ironhorse Coffee, we roast every order fresh to order. Because of this, we ask that you review your order carefully before purchasing.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Need to make a change? Contact us athello@ironhorsecoffee.com.au before your order is roasted (typically within 2 hours of placing your order) and we'll do our best to accommodate. Once roasting has begun, we're unable to make changes or cancellations.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we accept returns on unopened bags only within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the bag must be in its original, sealed condition.

We do not accept returns on:

• Opened bags (for hygiene and food safety reasons)
• Change of mind on roast profiles or blends after opening
• Sale or discounted items

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If a return is lost in transit, Ironhorse Coffee accepts no liability — we recommend using a tracked service.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving your order athello@ironhorsecoffee.com.auwith your order number and photo or video evidence. We reserve the right to request supporting evidence before issuing a replacement or refund. Where an item is confirmed faulty or incorrect, we will cover return shipping costs in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.

How to Request a Return

Email us athello@ironhorsecoffee.com.au with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we'll provide return instructions. Do not send items back without prior approval — unapproved returns will not be accepted.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
