Cancellation Policy

Some items in our store may be offered as a subscription. This cancellation policy outlines how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.

Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you'll receive repeat deliveries of your chosen Ironhorse Coffee blend or single-origin beans, based on the frequency and duration you select at checkout.

Your payment details are stored securely, and you'll be charged for each delivery. Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their term — if you don't wish to renew, cancel before the renewal date.

You can change or cancel your subscription at any time — no lock-in, no hassle. Your order confirmation email contains a link to manage your subscription directly.

Pre-orders

When you place a pre-order, you're securing a coffee that's not yet in stock or is coming soon — such as a new seasonal single-origin or limited-release. We may collect no payment or a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, and fulfil and charge the full or remaining balance when your order is ready to ship.

You can cancel a partially paid pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has already been fulfilled, cancellation is not available, but you may request a full or partial refund. See our returns policy for more details.
